ASH PATEL

Having completed LLB and MA in Business Law, I qualified as a solicitor in 1982. I have over 40 years of experience as a lawyer specialising in mostly Commercial matters. I have extensive knowledge of Litigation and Arbitration ranging from Landlord & tenant disputes to Commercial Litigation in every field.

I have represented clients in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. I have also dealt with cases involving Doctors facing erasure before the AMC Privy Council. I was past President and Secretary of the West London Law Society. I was also a Trustee of the Paddington Law Centre, a School Governor of a local school and Parliamentary Candidate. I now serve as a local Councillor in Fulham.

I am proud to be a life member of the MCC and keenly follow cricket and also support a local West London football club. I also play golf and swim at the RAC, when time permits.
